Italian Street Food Pasta

My wife and I were craving for some pasta over the weekend. So I Googled for a good pasta place and found Etto. This joint seems to be quite popular especially during lunch time.

Etto claims to be a joint for Italian Street Pasta – fresh pasta and seriously delicious sauces and I think they have every right with that claim. Personally, I have never tried Italian street food before and I was pretty excited and didn’t know what to expect.

We had the following:

  • Smoky Pancetta Carbonara – Rigatoni
  • Al Crudo (Black Truffle & Salami) – Pappadelle
  • Panino (Wagyu Meatball Ciabatta)

The pasta portion is not really big so you may need to order some entree to share i.e. Panino. The pasta is really fresh … I reckon they are made fresh daily. The pasta sauce and ingredients are tasty and fresh too.

This joint offers a no fuss casual and fast dining experience.

Will definitely return for more.
